Interesting.
I've done quite a lot of hard modes for both 10 man and 25 man. It does seem that for 25 man, the difficulty seems much easier. If you take LK (normal) for example, all 10 players in 10man must stay undisconnected for like 15 min which to be honest is the hardest thing of the encounter lol. In 25, it only takes about 15 players who are good at the encounter to kill LK. THe other ten could die or walk around thourhgout the entire fight. Plus, deaths or disconnects are really ok in 25 man - battle rezzes are just insane. Same goes for sindragosa H. 25H version is much easier than the 10H. For guilds, in my experience, you really have to get into the top guilds. Otherwise, most guilds are not as efficient as those GDKP raids which have clear objectives and a timeframe to complete them, and strict entry requirements. Plus, gold is tradeable and you don't get tied down to your guild.

There are guild sponsered GDKP runs and regular runs often enough.
Given GDKP keeps some of the really good raiders interested in rerunning farm content for novices. Would be very interesting if blizz offered GDKP loot type option. |

That's a really interesting idea. I wonder how they'd do it, especially in order to still work for raids that do NOT clear all the bosses.
